Program Areas
- Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Response: We provide immediate, comprehensive support to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV), ensuring safety, dignity, and access to services.
- Mental Health and Psychosocial Support: We deliver mental health and psychosocial support services, counseling to women and girls affected by conflict and climate shocks crisis and GBV survivors, fostering mental well-being and resilience for recovery and rebuilding their lives.
- Women’s Rights and Gender Equality: Protects the rights of women and children, raises awareness around human rights, and fights against early/forced marriage, fostering a safe environment and legal protection to women and girls.
- Livelihood and Economic Empowerment: We implement skills training, entrepreneurship training, and provide capital support, and Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) to foster women’s financial independence and secure economic dignity.
- Peacebuilding and Leadership: We promote women’s participation in local peace mediation, peace advocacy, and decision-making roles. We support strengthening women’s involvement in peace agreements and community conflict resolution.
- Emergency Response: We provide life-saving emergency support to people displaced by conflict, floods, and hunger. Support includes distribution of food, water, medical care, and shelter, WASH (water, sanitation, hygiene) services, and nutrition support for vulnerable children.
- Skills Development for Female Youth: We provide tailored training, mentorship, digital, and soft skills to reduce high unemployment, foster entrepreneurship, and promote social inclusion of young women in the workforce.
